Why do you use heat?

How do you know how hot it is in the room being treated?

We place digital temperature readers throughout the setting, and monitor the setting to make certain all surfaces reach the desired temp.

Will the heat hurt any belongings or materials?

You will prepare the site according to our instructions so there are no surprises.

How long does it take?

After setup, between 6-8 hours. It takes this long to reach the desired temperature – so that we know the bugs and their eggs are DEAD.

Will my business be interrupted?

Your guests or neighbors will not know your business. When asked, we tell guests we are cleaning the room. If they persist, we refer them to the front desk or hotel management.

When can guests, tenants or homeowners stay in treated rooms?

Usually within 4 hours of completing our work.

What about bedbug emergencies?

We offer 24 hour and overnight service.
